I just switched insurance companies last week, so I haven't really had a chance to experience their customer service yet, but I will say that the documents they provided were extremely organized and well presented.

I like that the Lenox Mutual Insurance app is extremely user-friendly. I find that many apps load the user down with information, while the Lenox Mutual Insurance app simply shows me what I need to know without any additional clutter. I also like that they allow me to easily contact them if I have any questions.

I like that they tend to have a less is more approach when it comes to communication. I like that they send out several reminders when it is time to renew or has been past the time to renew our policy. I dislike however they are overabundant with the number of emails and calls when it comes time to renew. They put the pressure on.

They have been very helpful over the years. There was an instance who a service provider they contracted with was not returning our calls and when I called customer service to make a complaint they set me up immediately with a new provider and mentioned they would most likely end their contract with the provider we could not get a hold of.

Most other insurance companies have vastly higher premiums, I shopped around and was being quoted for insurance in the hundreds of dollars which is not affordable for me. However, it would have covered the cost of my eBay business. Personally only having to pay $5-10 a month is an expense I can write off without having to think about it.

On the app, the one who interacts with us is not an actual person, but a bot. I don't like chatting with a bot. And if I call them on phone, it takes forever to get hold of a customer associate. I don't like this.

I believe it is very comparable to other companies we have received advertisements for in the mail. The difference may be off by $100 or so but I like our company because we only pay about $60 for a service worker to come to our home and they take care of the rest.
