The company has great rates and I have not been able to find another company that can come close to them with pricing but when I have questions or need help their office hours are limited and it is sometimes difficult to get a hold of someone to help me. They are a sister companie with another who handles different aspects of the insurance and its always hard to tell which one I should be talking to.

She also provided the names of several dealers in my area who would replace the windshield at my workplace and then bill directly. I did use one of them and was very satisfied.
