The customer service is great. I had a branch fall on my roof and when I called they handled it with in a day or two. With the the next week I had a contractor out at my house fixing my roof.

I've never really had to deal with the home customers service department for our home insurance thankfully. We've had the same insurance for 15 plus years and have never had to file a claim or needed to contact the service department. So it's difficult to properly answer this question.
