Closing Fee
I believe our closing costs were pretty low compared to other lenders. We paid around $2000.
Interest Rate
I believe our interest rate is pretty low. We have a 4% interest rate. I don't think you can get much better than that.
Loan Officer Service
I felt like sometimes the loan officer was talking a bit fast and it was kind of hard to keep up but all in all she was pretty good.

Pros
I thought the lender was very transparent about how the whole process was going to work. When we had questions she was more than willing to answer them for us.
Cons
The only thing I felt she probably could have improved on was when she was going through the paperwork while we were signing. She went through that process a bit quick and probably could have taken more time on it.
