They are always there. This is a small town and my agent is always available and knows me by name. If, in the rare instance that I need assistance and my agent is unavailable, another agent can step in and help me with missing a beat and treat me good as gold.

My answer is much the same as to the previous question. They know me by name. It is always easy to converse with anyone that works in the office. Everyone there is friendly and I can easily make small talk with any of the receptionists while I wait to see my agent. I have no complaints at all about any communication issues

I wish I could be more detailed, but the truth is that all I can tell you is that it is comparable to other insurance that I searched for when I took out my policy. I have not checked anywhere else since then, which was over 20 years ago.
