The closing costs were around what I expected. I always hate paying the costs but my lender did what she could to keep them to a minimum.
Interest Rate
The interest rate was very competitive with others but it was the best I could get based on the size of my loan and credit history. I am very happy with the interest rate I have.
Loan Officer Service
She was very supportive and helped navigate the entire process. It was very painless and did not take a significant amount of my time.
Overall Rating
Pros
They were very hands-on and personal and were there to navigate me through the whole process. It was as pleasant as it could have been and I feel like I got a very fair deal through the whole process.
Cons
I wish more could be done online. It was a little old fashioned with email/phone and it would have been nice to have a portal with the checklist of documents and I could have uploaded them. I could have signed documents electronically instead of printing them off. It was minor stuff but I think they could have leveraged technology more.
