I have never used the mobile app or website because I go through a local agent. I have no complaints and have never had to file against the policy. However, I also replaced roof in 2015 to a metal roof so got a discount based upon that upgrade.

I currently use a local agent to make my payments. I am very satisfied with the service from them because it is a very laid back atmosphere. The agent knew my parents and also knows me and has dealt with me. I absolutely love the service I receive.
