The closing costs we paid were very typical of what other lenders also charged and I doubt we could have found a lower closing cost scenario elsewhere.
Interest Rate
It's a competitive rate that wouldn't have been bettered significantly nor at all by other lenders and I'm not tempted to change it by refinancing.
Loan Officer Service
She was very capable and competent and never dropped the ball during the whole process, remaining in touch and responsive when contacted.

Pros
It offered comparisons of several types of mortgages and down payment or duration of mortgage scenarios to see what our options were and how it would affect our monthly payments as well as how much interest we would owe over different time frames. This was helpful for us to decide what length mortgage and what type of mortgage to pursue.
Cons
There was nothing I disliked, it was an understandably complex and lengthy process and it went as smoothly as possible for us so I cannot truly complain or find fault in how things went for us.
