Closing Fee
I am not too familiar with the other companies fees and closing cost but I know that I had them around the same cost as my sister did when she got a mortgage with the same company.
Interest Rate
I shopped around a little bit between a few different mortgage company and they were roughly around the same rate I went with Residential Mortgage because my sister did a few months prior and had a very good experience.
Loan Officer Service
I was treated very fairly and nicely. Everything was done in a timely manner. Everything that was promised was done when it was supposed to be I was very satisfied with the service.

Pros
I liked everything about the lender I was satisfied with the service and all the people at the office I would recommend Residential Mortgage to anyone looking to move.
Cons
The only thing I disliked is sometimes when I would email the guy I was working with instead of him replying he would forward my email to another lady at the office and she would answer for him.
