The closing cost was covered by the assistance program. I actually got $1200 back at closing. Most other banks, you have to put 3.5%-10% down.
Interest Rate
My interest rate is fixed at 4.125%. I received closing cost assistance from the state funding program. It is very difficult to refinance and get rate changed

She could have explained things in greater detail. I felt as though there were some parts I was not informed of or unintentionally misled.
Overall Rating
Pros
I liked that I was able to buy a house with almost no money down. The down part about that is the mortgage goes for 40 years vs 30.
Cons
They are sort of difficulty in trying to renegotiate the interest rate since rates dropped about half of what they were when I applied for the mortgage
