I love the company's customer service because I really just have to make one phone call to my agent and they look into any issue that I have and take care of it for me right away. My bill is now set up to be auto-paid so it's one less thing that I have to think about.

Communication
I really don't hear that much communication from them which is fine with me. I receive my yearly bill statement and occasionally a newsletter from the company but that's really it. I don't need the junk mail other company's may send.

The only reason that I have had to use the website is to make an insurance premium payment and the website was very straightforward in allowing me to do that.

I have not compared insurance premiums with any other company because I have always been satisfied with the service that my current company has provided me. On the other hand, I have discussed my premium with friends and it seems to me that we pay very comparable amounts so I am not worried about the amount of our premium at all.
