Communication
I would like to see more communication from my insurance company via email. Additionally, when the company mails the annual policy they do not bother to include the entire policy, just the riders with the changes. I would prefer to receive an entire document so I can look at everything all at once.

I feel fine about the customer service I receive from the company because I almost never call them. Our deductible is already so high that I have never made a claim, so I've never had to deal with them.

The premium for our insurance policy is exorbitant. It's more than three times what people nearby pay for a comparable amount of coverage. Unfortunately, none of the other insurance companies are willing to insure our home due to its partial flat roof, so we have to pay more.
