My lender did not charge me a fee or closing cost. I was very satisfied that my lender had waived my fees.
Interest Rate
My lender was able to get me 3.75%. Most other lenders were coming in at 4.0% - 4.1%. I went to the lender that was able to be me the lowest interest rate.
Loan Officer Service
My loan officer provided me with amazing customer service. She called me every day with an explanation of the step we were on and the next steps coming. She made sure I was filling in the loop of every step and made sure I had no surprises coming.

My lender was very good to work with. They made sure I fully understood every stage of the process going on. They were very thorough.
Cons
I have zero complaints about my lender. They did with they said they were going to do. They even found me the best interest rate. They exceeded my expectations.
