The website took me a while to get the hang of. It is not as professional as the big name insurance providers and the login portal isn't arranged how I would expect. It took me longer than expected to find our home insurance policy documents once I logged in and there isn't any sort of guidance or faq available.

The premium is reasonable for a house of this size, but the deductible is frustrating. For example, the most common type of insurance claim in my neighborhood is for roof replacement, but my deductible is so large (10,000+) that I would basically have to pay for the roof myself before I could claim anything from insurance. Given that those other claims would likely be minimal (I don't have a pool, I have impact glass windows, etc.), it does feel like, "What is the point?"

I live in Florida, where homeowner's insurance is pretty costly if you live in a flood zone. The offerings by most companies are pretty standard, so there's not a whole lot of difference between one plan and another. Things like flood insurance, fire insurance -- all that stuff is an add-on cost, regardless of which company you choose.

I feel I have a very good premium compared to other insurance companies. When I first bought my home and was going to purchase my home insurance, I was simply going to bundle with my car insurance. My mortgage company suggested Tower Hill instead. The coverage was good, cheaper and had a better reputation in the area than other more popular insurance names. I am happy with my premium as it is now, we have never had a increase in cost with this company.

For example, I live in Florida, so the insurance website has a Hurricane Outlook news article predominantly featured on the site. I have not used the mobile app, but it too is user friendly.
