I had water damage in my home and when they first came to look at it they said my deductible was higher than the repair cost. I had to go back and forth with them for a while because it was different than what the estimates I got said. It took some time and help from my insurance agent but ultimately they paid the correct amount for the claim which was over $2,000.

When they sent out the inspector he had gotten a few things wrong like saying I had hardwood floors when they were laminate but I called them and they were very apologetic and went through everything step by step with me and we ended up with a very low price.
