I believe that my homeowners deductible is $1,000 but I am not sure without being able to look over the policy. I would rate Prudential a 4 because it seems their deductible was on point with other insurance carriers.

I haven't had much interaction with my homeowners insurance company except when I initially bought the policy. I pay the bill monthly and every now and then receive mail from them advertising new products. I would rate them a 4 on a scale of 1 to 5.

I had a great experience when using my home insurance for a small leak from a pipe in my wall that turned out to be a huge issue. Had to have the wall opened, pipe fixed, mold removed, and everything cleaned up before putting it back together. All was completed in about 5 days. No hassle at all.
