There were no closing costs since I was existing customer. I have no complaints at all with the mortgage experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need

I compared rates of 5 different local banks and they were the most competitive. It was good at the time but it may be time to look at refinancing since rates have continued to drop
Loan Officer Service
The loan officer was professional and did the job needed. They quickly organized the appraisal and then scheduled a time to close. It was a very painless process.

I have been banking with them for years and will likely continue to. They are fair and have a knowledgeable staff that was easy to work with. I would use them again without question
Cons
They didn't offer to finance the property for 0%. Honestly, there is not much I can complain about. the entire process was painless and they made it as easy as anyone could in that situation.

They were very helpful and very nice to work with. They made sure we understood what was being done at the time and were always there when we needed questions answered

I don't think there was anything we didn't like about them. They did their job and went out of their way to provide us with all the information we had inquired about.
