I also believe the closing costs were comparable to other lenders. It might have been a little bit lower than some others, but not a significant amount.
Interest Rate
I feel our interest rate is comparable to what some other institutions would offer. I believe it is based on our status and not necessarily the individual lender.
Loan Officer Service
The loan officer was knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions. The process was completed in a timely manner.
Overall Rating
Pros
All of our questions have been answered quickly. It is easy to manage the mortgage with online services.
Cons
The institution is very large. That makes it not very personal. We do not actually know any of the people who are involved with our loan.

Closing Fee
A lot more cost involved that wasn't mentioned up front. None of the closing costs was mentioned or the property survey costs were mentioned.
Interest Rate
It was comparable to other lenders but has gone up a few times. I was under the impression it was a fixed rate loan as that was one of the options and I thought that was what we agreed on.
Loan Officer Service
Other than not disclosing all the cost she was fine and efficient. She was friendly. She didn't rush you but just didn't mention everything.

I was a little upset with the extra charges. If I had known about them up front I still would have got it but would have been nice to know about all of it,

There was a fairly long wait time to see her. That is the only negative it was other than what was already mentioned.
