Closing Fee
The closing costs that were incurred were comparable to other banks, however, they still seemed fairly expensive in my opinion.

The mortgage rate that I received was very comparable to other rates offered by other banks at the time I received my mortgage.
Loan Officer Service
My loan officer was very helpful in explaining the process as well as all of the costs that go along with getting a mortgage.

My lender/bank was very open with me about the whole process and made everything simple. It was easy to gather the required documents for the mortgage.
Cons
I don't have anything that I specifically dislike. The bank itself was very helpful in the whole process.
