The company's website is not easy to navigate. I often have to spend a lot of time trying to find what I am looking for, to the point that I actually dread having to log into the website. A mobile app might exist but I don't use it because, when I go to the website, I generally do so because I need to print or view documents.

Overall the customer service is very good if I call the corporate office for customer service. If I call the branch office I usually have to call back 2 or 3 times to get the problem solved. I have had issues where i called to raise my deductible only to find out 6 months later that the deductible was never changed.

Due to extreme weather in Florida, there are not a lot of options for insurance and some of the prices are very high for hurricane and flood insurance. Florida Farm Bureau premium price is affordable and we also are required to be members of the bureau as well.4
