Because i live in New Jersey and we had super storm Sandy another company that i had renters insurance for years would not insurance my mobile home. I live in-land and they would not do it. The insurance i have now i am lucky to get because most insurances companies will not insurance mobile homes because of one storm that happened years ago.

I decided to pay my bill over the phone and the number that was on the bill was not the correct number. This insurance was through a realtor group and they did take my payment and it was paid but there was confusion over the telephone number on the bill. That is a basic and they should get it right .

My wife and I have what's called an Agreed Value Insurance on our home, we got to choose the policy amount that will provide a total blanket coverage if anything should happen to our home due to natural disaster or a fire, etc. It is an amount of 40,000 that is paid to us that will cover the dwelling and it's contents.
