The premium is insane and the deductible is scary but hopefully I'll never need to use my policy, it's nice to have as an insurance policy in case I need it, but I wish I didn't have the bill.
Geico referred me to them because they were unable to insure my condo in Florida. Universal took my info online and very quickly approved me for a very reasonable amount since I'm not in a flood zone.
