Great! We pay it yearly so we don't really notice like we do other monthly bills. For what it covers a couple hundred bucks per year seems like a steal.
I think they are comparable to other home insurance policies in my area. Their premiums are lower than some companies. They do not subscribe to the idea of giving you really cheap rates just to pull you in.
