I am very satisfied with the service which I receive from State Farm. I recently submitted a claim because of mold and water in my basement crawl space. I contacted my local agent one day, received a phone call the next day from a representative of another organization who does audits for the actual insurance company. That auditor was here within 5 days. He then reported to my insurance company's desk auditor who is currently making the determination about how much I am eligible to receive for repairs.
