I have no problem with customer service, they are a local company that I deal with and They have been very good, no problems. I can email them and call them and they get right back to me or answer the phone when I call. Having a company answer the phone without being on hold or hearing a recorded voice or having to push prompts is great, it's like the old days. I really like this company. Haven't had any real problems.
