Overall the customer service has been pretty good. When it comes to the agent they do need a little help they always seem to be either to busy to answer questions or understaffed. But the representatives on the phone have been a pleasure to deal with very professional.

I feel the premium is way too high for a condo. For one reason is that it only covers the inside walls in. We also have a policy through our condo association that covers the outside walls out.

The website is NOT user-friendly. I can log-in and it brings me to my account page. But, many times it is not updated. So, I have to go to the tab under billing to actually see the correct account items. I insure my cars and my home with them, so it gets confusing when they don't seem to have things in order. I've called several times about the website issues, but it does no good. Maybe they ought to spend more money on the website instead of the ridiculously BADDDD commercials on tv. Everyone hates them!

LM sends me a lot of emails and texts when bills are ready, due or when changes to my policy has been made. Problem is, they don't put that info on the website where I pay my bills.

In most cases, their customer service is pretty good. Just depends which day you call and whom you get. When I lived in Chicago, I had a local agent that LOVED. He was always there when I needed him. Now that I moved, I have to call the general customer service line and get whoever answers the phone. Sometimes I've had great experiences. Sometimes, not so much.
