USAA is a company that works only with military families, so right away you feel apart of this wonderful group of people. They are reasonably priced compared to others and worth every penny.

Insurance is always a large cost but my insurance gives better rates due to military service and USAA is only available to military families. The customer service is unrivalled. You can live chat, send a message, and schedule a call. I think they could respond to the emails faster.

I think USAA has about average cost. I think their coverage and service is among the best, so I don't think that they are the cheapest. However, bundling with auto insurance seems to save quite a bit. But this is probably true for other companies as well.

The website and mobile app always work, I haven't experienced any bugs or failures. The website is pretty easy to use and navigate and the app has the important information. The only thing I don't like about it is that it is difficult to find my description of coverage and costs easily.

They are easy to talk to and contact and I have felt trust in them. The only thing I didn't like were the times they tried to talk me into life insurance. I like the email updates I receive and I believe there is an online chat function. They have responded to my online inquiries in a timely fashion.
