They like to reach out to us and make sure we are getting the most out of our insurance. They also do fun things like having an NCAA board where you can win prizes and such.

By the time we were notified of things that we needed to provide, they would cancel a policy and then needs more information. They used the mail to send correspondence when they could have just picked up the phone to let us know when things were needed. It was frustrating.

I like that it's easy to use. It's simple and straightforward. We've never had to file a claim with our home insurance but when we had to file a claim for auto, it was very easy through the mobile site.

Premium
We haven't shopped around for insurance in over 5 years so I'm not sure about other premiums. I would think though, that our premiums would go down some since we have been with them for so long and never had to file a house claim.
