The website would be categorized at just 'fine'. Everything is layered in a list format that is very reminiscent of what our actual bills sort of look like I guess. I would prefer boxes on the main screen that I could click on. As in, a picture of a house, and then once I click on that, I have all of the information under one tab. I believe that we are getting a slightly better deal by going through our insurance agency. When my husband and I bought our home we had a bit of trouble getting insurance in our home because it was partially manufactured home with an addition put on. We went with the company that offered us decent coverage at an affordable price. Others wanted at least a few hundred more each year towards the premium.

To be honest I have never used my companies website I live like 2 minutes from the office and I have automatic payments. So I have no reason to go to the website.

The customer service is awesome. If I ever need anything I just go to the office which is like a 2 min. walk for me. They great me by name.

My premium is good and it hardly changes. It has been stable and is in my escrow which makes it nice. I don't have to worry about it.

The company does not have a mobile app that I am aware of. The website is not very user-friendly and I can't make changes to my policy, etc. Or print cards from the website. It is behind the times.
