The premium is high(and goes up every year without fail) imo, but because I'm a long-time customer and multi-policy customer, the premium is usually lower than the competitors for the same coverage. If my roof were newer, I could find lower coverage premiums. I think the premium is exorbitant considering I've never filed a claim.

I feel the customer service rep I have spoken with does a fairly good job at trying to find me savings when I am comparing policies. What I Like about the company's website the most is that it is user-friendly. The Farmers home insurance website is very easy to navigate, It is very easy to find where to sign in, and it is also easy to see where everything is that you need to access. The Farmers Insurance app is not as easy to navigate as their website. However, their app is still somewhat user-friendly. After a little while of discovering how the app works, as with everything, the app became very easy to navigate.

The premium for my insurance is very inexpensive. They allow bundling with my car insurance which gives deep discounts. I also have an auto withdraw discount. MetLife works with my place of work and auto withdraws from my check.
