The mobile app really isn't the company's fault. Often times the form factor of a mobile device it the biggest limiting factor to successfully dealing with an issue. I would never try to figure out homeowners claim on a mobile device. It would be faster to just call and get answers straight away.

They were willing to work with me when one of their adjusters found a slight crack in my foundation. They cover damages to the home from fire and floods and hail and sewer backups. They also cover hotel costs when you are out of the home due to damage. They cover replacement cost on the personal items and medical expenses if someone is injured on our property.

The premium is comparable to other insurance companies. I got a larger discount with the auto insurance with this company, which is why I switched both to them. I saved in the aggregate. Home insurance premiums have gotten out of hand due to all the natural disasters and we are all paying the price.
