I think their website is a little bit clunky to use. There are a lot of steps just to view your policy documents or print proof of insurance. I think it could be a lot easier to access that info. In fact, the first thing the website brings up is an accident that was not our fault almost four years ago. There was no claim in on our insurance but it says we have an open claim. Why is that even on there??? Once we get past that part then there's still several steps to get to whatever you're looking for.

Our insurance keeps going up with this company even though we are claim free and have been clients 18 years, 14 in this house. It's very frustrating when we call they say we can decrease our insurance coverage or raise your deductible but there's nothing they can do to help us. I know rates go up but we are going up 100 every renewal. I really can't complain. Even though it is rather pricey, I pay much less than many of my neighbors as I am grandfathered into the My Safe Florida program that gave substantial credits to my policy for having good hurricane features on our home. The program is defunct now due to state budgets.
