I like the fact we have access to the website but sometimes its hard to find what I am looking for. I wanted to add a vehicle one weekend when state farm was closed and I had a really hard time trying to find out where to add it. If I need to print a document it is usually pretty easy to find but I don't feel 100% comfortable using the website.
