I dislike most is the fact that things concerning contacting my agent have changed. Now I can only reach him during his business hours. If I call outside of those times I am sent to a call center where they do not know who I am at all. This makes me feel disconnected from my agent. I must always only call during business hours because things have a way of getting really screwed up when the call center tries to handle my issue/problem/question.
