It is a little difficult to navigate. I was looking for a claim that we filed a year ago and it did not show the claim. However when we turned in the receipt for the work that was done on the claim the initial claim ticket showed up in the claim section. Also when reviewing claim documents it would open up the document in a new screen but I would have to continuously search for the documents in the old screen. They kept disappearing.

The premium paid is fair to other companies coverage plans at about the same rate. My family has been with State Farm Insurance for years and we have never had any problems with them or the policy. However, we have been fortunate and have never had any disaster happen to us that has required the use of the full policy, so I can not determine how the policy would work if we needed it for a real issue, only its preventative capabilities.

I have never had a problem. I receive mail and email, and whenever I have contacted them I have gotten a prompt reply. I know sometimes a question or message can get lost, and big companies might take a while or never get back to you, but that has never happened to me.

Premium
I find their premiums for lower end rentals to be exceptional. I have seven rental houses that they cover, and no complaints. However, more expensive policies are not as good, and I feel they do not provide much more for the cost. You have to pay quite a bit more to get a good policy. In my opinion, the premiums are stacked to favor low or mid tiers homes, more than other home insurance companies.

First off, I like how it loads easily. I have never had problems loading their page. It doesn't use a lot of flash or anything else that slows you down or needs updating. It is uncluttered, and easy to navigate. I feel like the provide enough tools to use to help in whatever you need, and it is easy to get into contact with someone. Everything is spelled out, and even rare problems are described, so you are covered when things go wrong.

I am on a first name basis with my agent. She is always available, and very kind and considerate. I feel she genuinely looks out for me, and feels bad when she cannot help. She is the kind of person who would cry along with a family if their house burned down, and be there to help them rebuild. Very caring. I know that I will not be cheated with her as my agent.

I can't call and get someone on the phone right away. I have to navigate through countless prompts to get to the correct person. Once on the phone, the customer service is great.
