Every time they do that, things move around and I have to figure out where to access my bill, my policy documents, etc. It's annoying to have to figure out where things are because some marketing person decided the website needed an update.

They were actually the ones located closest to me, & my mother in law who lived in the home previously went through them also so it was based more on word of mouth. I don't think Allstate has good rates, I was forced to change over to them when I bought this house because of it has a wood stove and State Farm had decided to no longer cover wood stoves. My premiums would always go down with State Farm and now they always go up with Allstate
