The premium was the lowest we received for the same amount of benefits for our home insurance. The deductible is a little high, but we always have enough savings to cover the deductible should anything happen. I also like that there is no condition for pets, as some companies have higher premiums for dogs or will not cover houses that have certain breeds of dogs.
